Waiting list: data collected

If you join the Isostase waiting list, we record:

To limit abuse, a technical (non-reversible) fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour at most. Your IP address itself is not stored.

Platter dimensions: data collected

If you send your turntable's dimensions (the "Custom speed sensor" page), we record:

The dimensions are kept in a file separate from the e-mail addresses; any e-mail address is linked to them only by a reference number. They are used solely to design the sensor housings and, if you left an address, to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box provided. The same anti-abuse measure (a non-reversible technical fingerprint of the IP address, kept for one hour at most) applies. Any e-mail address follows the retention period stated below; the technical dimensions, which do not identify you, may be kept longer.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to inform you about the launch of Isostase and when orders open. It is not sold, shared or used for any other purpose. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box provided.

Recipients and hosting

The data is accessible to Maptuner LDA. It is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), which acts as a processor, within the European Union. We do not transfer it outside the European Union.

Retention

Your data is kept until you withdraw your consent and, at the latest, 24 months after you sign up.

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing or object to it, and withdraw your consent (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it). Simply write to contact@olydyne.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country (in Portugal, the CNPD; in France, the CNIL).

Emails

When you sign up, a confirmation email is sent to you automatically. Messages you send to the contact address are used only to reply to your request.
