Terms of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of Olydyne-branded products (including "Isostase") by Maptuner LDA to its customers, whether consumers or businesses, via the olydyne.com site or any other direct sales channel. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Article 3 — Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site at the time of ordering. Visuals and descriptions are provided for guidance and may change, particularly during the products' development phase.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, tax included / tax excluded — to be specified. Olydyne reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 — Ordering and payment
Ordering process and accepted payment methods — to be completed once sales open.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery zones, timeframes, and associated costs — to be completed. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the goods on delivery and raising any necessary reservations with the carrier.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection rules (as implemented in French law, article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), consumer customers have a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty, except for return shipping costs.
The product must be returned new, complete, and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of its shipment.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to sales concluded between businesses in the course of their activity.
Article 8 — Warranties
Every product sold benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided under applicable EU/French law, independently of any optional commercial warranty.

Article 9 — Liability
Maptuner LDA cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product, installation not compliant with the instructions provided, or intervention by an unauthorized third party.
Article 10 — Intellectual property
The Olydyne brand, the name "Isostase," and all associated elements (logos, text, visuals) are the property of Maptuner LDA. "Transrotor" is a trademark belonging to its respective owner; its mention indicates technical compatibility, without affiliation or official partnership.
Article 11 — Personal data
Data collected as part of an order is used exclusively for its processing (delivery, invoicing, customer follow-up) and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, which can be exercised at contact@olydyne.fr.
Article 12 — Consumer mediation
In case of a dispute not resolved directly with Olydyne, consumer customers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge, in accordance with applicable EU/French consumer protection rules. Name and contact details of the mediator — to be designated before sales open.
Article 13 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law for consumer customers residing in France, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of their country of residence within the European Union. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, or referred to the consumer mediator prior to any legal action.
